My Journey Didn't Begin In A Boardroom
It began by caring for people
Before I built companies, I worked at the bedside.
Healthcare taught me something business never could.
Every decision matters.
Every system matters.
Every leader matters.
I’ve cared for patients during some of the hardest moments of their lives.
I’ve worked alongside incredible healthcare professionals.
I’ve watched organizations succeed because of strong leadership.
I’ve also watched talented people struggle because they depended on systems they didn’t control.
That experience shaped everything I build today.
Then Something Changed
The more professionals I met, the more I noticed a pattern
People were working harder than ever.

Yet many still felt financially vulnerable.
Not because they weren’t capable.
Because they didn’t own enough.
